Claim your territory and your competitor can’t have it. Exclusive Territory comes with Managed Premium and Managed Platinum — never with Plus. Your marketing is exclusively yours: no shared strategy, no split attention, no “do you also work with my competitor?”
We set the boundary with you at consultation. Premium covers your city or municipality, or about half your parish or county. Platinum covers the whole parish or county, and can extend to your full DMA — the entire media market.
Already a Premium client when a larger Platinum territory overlaps yours? You hold seniority. You get first option to upgrade and keep the ground you’re standing on.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Premium give me that Plus doesn't?
Two things. Plus keeps your Pinnacle Trax site fast, secure, and search-ready — a foundation. Premium adds the marketing that runs on top of it: a monthly campaign calendar, roughly twenty-five designed social posts, and two SEO articles published to your site.
The second thing is territory. Plus has no exclusivity — anyone in your profession and your area can subscribe. Premium is where that stops. One client per profession, per territory, first-come, first-served.
I don't have time to manage social media. How involved do I need to be?
Very little. We handle strategy, copy, graphics, scheduling, and posting. You review and approve. You stay in control of your voice without carrying the daily work — which is the entire design of the subscription.
Can't I post myself, or use a scheduling tool?
You can, and some people do it well. Most don’t — not from lack of ability but from lack of a free hour on a Tuesday, three months running. Scheduling tools don’t decide what to say, design a graphic, or connect this month’s posts to what you’re actually selling. They move work around; they don’t do it. Premium delivers finished, on-brand content aligned to a plan, not a queue you still have to fill.
How does publishing articles actually help me?
Two ways. Search engines use consistent, substantive content to understand what you do and who you serve, which improves your visibility for the terms your prospects search.
More usefully, articles do your explaining in advance. They answer the recurring question, correct the common misconception, and address the hesitation that quietly stops people from moving forward. A prospect who’s read two of your articles before calling arrives informed and already inclined to trust you.
What if I'm small, or just getting established?
That’s the intended fit. Premium is built for independent operators — ten or fewer staff, no marketing department, no corporate back office. Consistent, professional marketing is the fastest way for a small practice to look as established as it actually is.
It also matters for territory. Territories are first-come, first-served, and being early is worth more than being large.
How do I know it's worth it?
Premium replaces a designer, a writer, a scheduler, and the coordination between them with one subscription and one point of contact who already knows your brand. For a professional whose single client is worth well into the thousands, the arithmetic usually isn’t close.
We’d rather you check that arithmetic against your own numbers than take our word for it. That’s what the consult is for.
Do I own my Pinnacle Trax site? Can I take it with me?
You own your content, your brand assets, and your domain — always, and they leave with you if you go.
The platform itself doesn’t transfer. Your site is built on the Pinnacle Trax platform using proprietary plugins and a marketing system we develop and maintain, and there’s no back-end access or export. That’s a deliberate trade, and it’s the reason a fully managed marketing system costs $495 a month instead of five figures up front: we’re not building one custom site and walking away, we’re running one platform for every client on it. If what you need is a site you host and control yourself, we’re a poor fit and we’ll say so on the call.
How fast do you respond when I need something?

How does the Exclusive Territory actually work?
When you subscribe to Managed Hosting Premium, we assign you an exclusive territory within your industry — and we won’t take on another client in your field inside it. Because we create your social content and articles, this protects the one thing that matters most: your marketing is built for you, not shared, recycled, or split with the agency across town. Your territory is defined in writing and confirmed before your first campaign goes live.
How big is my territory?
It depends on your industry, because different professions draw clients from different distances. A practice whose patients come from a few surrounding neighborhoods needs a very different territory than a firm that serves an entire metro area. We map territories to recognized parish, county, and media-market boundaries — not arbitrary circles on a map — so there’s never a question about where yours begins and ends. You’ll see your exact territory in writing before you commit.
What if someone else in my industry contacts you first?
Then they get the territory. Territories are first-come, first-served, and we don’t hold them informally or take waitlists. If your area is already claimed when you call, we’ll tell you on the consultation — we won’t take your subscription and figure it out later. This is the single most common reason we turn business away.
What if another agency wants the entire market my territory sits inside?
You’re first in line, by policy. If a prospect in your industry wants the full-market Platinum territory that contains yours, we come to you before we reach any agreement with them. You’ll have the option to upgrade and take the full market yourself. We won’t sell over an existing client without that conversation happening first.
Should you decline the option to upgrade, your protection ends, and your subscription would step down to Plus at the close of your current term.
Pricing and billing. Managed Premium is billed at $495 per month by auto-pay.
Onboarding fees vary by tier. Fees start at $495, based on the size and scope of your profession and build. A portion of the onboarding fee may be waived for clients upgrading from a lower tier based on your tenure. Recurring billing begins after the 14-day onboarding period.
Initial term. Premium has a three-month initial commitment and continues month-to-month until canceled.
The platform. Managed Premium is a subscription to the Pinnacle Trax platform, not a custom website build. Your site is developed on our platform using proprietary and specialized plugins and hosted on our servers. The platform, its plugins, and custom graphics produced for it are not transferable, and the subscription does not include back-end access. We do not take over or manage existing websites outside the platform.
What you own. You own your content, your brand assets, and your domain name.
Support. Support requests are handled Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:00p CST, excluding observed US federal and traditional holidays. Most inquiries receive a response within one business day. Monitoring, security, and backups run continuously.
Territory. Territory protection begins at Premium; Managed Plus includes none. Your territory is scoped during onboarding based on your business address, market density, profession, and service area, and is confirmed in writing. Territories are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are released upon cancellation, downgrade to a plan below Premium, or lapse in payment. Platinum territories are expanded and scoped around territories already committed.
Profession and category. Your profession is defined at onboarding based on your primary revenue source and the business address on file. Adjacent or overlapping offerings do not constitute a separate profession. Pinnacle Trax determines category assignment and may decline any prospect whose business substantially overlaps an existing client’s territory and category.
Delivery and scope. Timely delivery depends on receiving brand assets, responses, and approvals from your decision-makers. Unused monthly services do not roll over. Service customization is only available prior to the start of the subscription period.
