Can you manage my existing site?
Short answer: no. Your subscription includes a custom-built website platform equipped with our proven marketing support system.
During onboarding, we evaluate your current website if you have one and, with your direction, decide what text and graphics should carry over to the Pinnacle Trax platform.
If you don’t have a website — or if your existing site is outdated or ineffective — you’ll receive a modern, purpose-built platform customized to your profession, brand and messaging. The point is to make sure you’re starting from a functional, professional foundation that won’t hold your business back as you grow.
How does Managed Plus support SEO and performance?
Search engines reward speed, security, and structure. Managed Plus includes on-page SEO fundamentals, image compression, page optimization, and a Content Delivery Network to improve load times across devices and locations.
That gives your site a technical SEO advantage before content marketing or paid ads are ever added.
Who will I actually be working with?
You’ll work directly with a family-run business — no ticket queues, no account manager handoffs, no re-explaining your business to someone new.

Do you work with my competitors?
Exclusive territory begins at Managed Premium. Premium reserves a territory around your business address; Platinum reserves an expanded one. Within that boundary, we work with only one business per profession — your competitor down the road can’t be a client.
Managed Plus doesn’t include a reserved territory. It’s the foundation tier: a professional, secure, fully managed site. But we do record your profession and business address at onboarding — so if a competitor in your area inquires about an exclusive territory, you’ll have the first opportunity to claim it.
Is the Pinnacle Trax website mine?
Managed Plus, as well as our other tiers, is a platform subscription, not a custom website build. Although the website itself is built on WordPress, the runs on the Pinnacle Trax platform using our proprietary plugins and marketing infrastructure — and that’s exactly what makes $150/mo possible instead of a $10,000 build plus ongoing maintenance.
Your content, your brand assets, and your domain always remain yours. The platform (website) itself isn’t transferable.
What if I want to end my Pinnacle Trax subscription?
Managed Plus is a platform subscription, and not a transferrable website you take with you. Before onboarding with us, we recommend you request a full site backup from your current provider to maitain in your possession.
If you specifically paid for a website build, that assets should remain yours.
If you choose to end your Pinnacle Trax subscription, you have a website in your possession.

Plus Subscription Terms
Billing. Managed Plus is billed at $150 per month, with auto pay required. One-time onboarding starts at $495, based on the size and scope of your build. Monthly billing begins after the 14-day onboarding period. An initial three-month term applies, and onboarding is waived when active clients upgrade to a higher tier.
Platform. Managed Plus is a platform subscription. Your site is built on the Pinnacle Trax platform using our proprietary plugins and marketing infrastructure — which is what makes this level of service possible at this price. We do not take over or manage existing websites, and back-end access is not included at this tier. Your content, brand assets, and domain remain yours at all times. The platform itself, along with custom graphics and proprietary plugins, is not transferable.
Profession & Territory. Your primary business category is identified at onboarding, based on your primary revenue source and business address on file. Adjacent or overlapping service offerings do not constitute a separate profession, and Pinnacle Trax determines category assignment.
Managed Plus does not include a reserved territory. Should another business in your area inquire about an exclusive territory in your category, active Plus clients in good standing will be offered the opportunity to upgrade before that territory is made available.
Support. Support requests are handled Monday through Friday, 8:00a–4:00p CST, excluding observed U.S. federal holidays. Requests received outside these hours are queued for the next business day, and most inquiries receive a response within one business day. Monitoring, security, and backups run continuously — support hours apply to requests, updates, and consultation.
Scope and scheduling. Timely delivery requires brand assets, responsive follow-up, and approval from your decision-makers. Unused monthly services do not roll over. Service customization is considered only prior to the start of the subscription period.
