Managed Hosting Premium

Your Territory, Held. Your Marketing Calendar, Filled. Your Site, Fed.

Your Pinnacle Trax site is built. Now it gets fed.

Managed Hosting Premium is for independent professionals who have a solid foundation and need it working every week instead of sitting still. Each month brings a marketing calendar, a full slate of designed social content across four platforms, and two SEO-written articles published to your Pinnacle Trax site — planned, produced, and scheduled for you.

And at Premium, your profession (Life Insurance Agents & Financial Planners, Builders & Designers, Coaches & Consultants, CPAs & Bookkeepers, DPC & Naturopathic Physicians) in your territory belongs to you alone.

One Client Per Profession, Per Territory — Starting at Premium

Managed Hosting Plus is a foundation, and it’s available to anyone. Premium is different. When you subscribe at Premium, Pinnacle Trax will not take on another client in your profession inside your territory. Not a discounted one, not a bigger one. Your competitor down the street can call — the answer is no.

How your territory is set. Territory size isn’t a fixed number of miles, because a Manhattan territory and a rural parish territory can’t be the same shape. At onboarding we scope your territory around your business address, based on market density, your profession, and the area you actually serve. It’s confirmed to you in writing before your first billing cycle, and it doesn’t change without your agreement.

How your profession is defined. Your category is set at onboarding from your primary revenue source and the business address on file. Adjacent or overlapping offerings don’t create a second category — a financial planner who also sells life insurance is one client in one category, not two. Pinnacle Trax determines category assignment and declines prospects whose business substantially overlaps an existing client’s territory and category.

Territories are first-come, first-served. They’re claimed in the order they’re subscribed, and they release only when a client cancels, downgrades below Premium, or lapses. Platinum territories are expanded — scaled to a metro or regional market — and are scoped around territories already committed. An active Premium territory is not reassigned to an incoming Platinum client.

Which means the honest answer to “is my area available?” changes over time. It’s a question worth asking now.

From Foundation to Forward Momentum

Why Social Media Marketing Matters

Social media keeps you visible to prospects, clients, and referral partners between the moments they actually need you — which, in a relationship-driven profession, is most of the time. Regular, strategic posting demonstrates three things a static site can’t: that you’re active, that you know your field, and that you’re approachable.

That matters more when the buying decision is slow and trust-based. A prospect comparing two independent professionals rarely picks on price. They pick the one who feels present and credible — and presence is a function of consistency, not brilliance.

It also drives traffic back to your Pinnacle Trax site, reinforces brand recognition, and keeps you top-of-mind in the long gap between the first conversation and the decision.

Why Consistent Articles Matter – to Google and to Your Prospects

Consistent publishing signals authority and relevance to Google. Fresh, well-written content helps your Pinnacle Trax site rank for more terms, answers the questions prospects are actually typing, and demonstrates depth in your field. Search engines reward sites that publish helpful, updated content with better visibility and stronger domain authority.

The other half is quieter and matters more. Articles do the explaining you’d otherwise do on a call. They handle the misconception, the hesitation, the “I didn’t know that was a thing” — so that by the time someone contacts you, they’ve already been persuaded by something you wrote weeks ago. That’s a shorter, easier conversation and a better-qualified prospect

Managed Hosting Premium — $495/mo

*One-time onboarding from $495, based on the size and scope of your build — waived for active Plus clients upgrading. Three-month initial term, then month to month. Auto pay required. Billing begins after your 14-day onboarding.

Your Territory, Held. Your Calendar, Filled. Your Site, Fed.

A foundation that nothing is built on is just a slab. Once your Pinnacle Trax site is live and stable, the next problem is that nobody’s arriving at it — and the people who do arrive have no reason to come back.

Premium solves that with a monthly plan and the content to execute it: campaign direction tied to what you’re actually selling this season, designed social posts across four platforms, and two SEO-written articles published to your Pinnacle Trax site. Produced, scheduled, and posted for you.

Why this subscription?

Two reasons, and they’re different in kind.

The work gets done. Not planned, not intended — done. Roughly twenty-five designed posts and two published articles a month, every month, without a single one of them depending on you having a free evening or weekend. Consistency is the whole mechanism in a trust-based sale, and consistency is exactly what a busy independent professional cannot self-supply.

The territory gets held. Premium is the tier where exclusivity begins. Everything above is a service you could theoretically buy elsewhere. That, you can’t.

What it would take to do this yourself?

A freelance designer for twenty-five branded posts. A writer for two SEO articles. Someone to plan what any of it is about, someone to schedule it across four platforms, and someone to make sure it actually went out. Then the coordination between all of them, which lands on you.

Premium is one subscription, one point of contact, and one person who already knows your brand — and no competitor in your profession inside your territory for as long as you hold it.

Protected Territory

Your profession, your territory, yours alone. We scope it at onboarding around your business address, market density, and service area — then confirm it to you in writing. No competitor in your category gets the Pinnacle Trax platform inside it while you hold it. Territories are claimed first-come, first-served and release only when a client cancels, downgrades, or lapses.

Monthly Campaign Calendar

Every month starts with a plan, not a scramble. Two focus points chosen around what you’re selling, what your prospects are thinking about, and what’s on the calendar — delivered in advance so nothing publishes that you haven’t seen coming. This is the piece that turns scattered posting into a campaign.

Managed Social Media

Roughly twenty-five designed posts a month across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Written in your voice, built on your brand assets, scheduled and published for you. You’re not handed a content calendar to execute — the work is done, and the only thing asked of you is approval.

F.A.Q.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Premium give me that Plus doesn't?

Two things. Plus keeps your Pinnacle Trax site fast, secure, and search-ready — a foundation. Premium adds the marketing that runs on top of it: a monthly campaign calendar, roughly twenty-five designed social posts, and two SEO articles published to your site.

The second thing is territory. Plus has no exclusivity — anyone in your profession and your area can subscribe. Premium is where that stops. One client per profession, per territory, first-come, first-served.

I don't have time to manage social media. How involved do I need to be?

Very little. We handle strategy, copy, graphics, scheduling, and posting. You review and approve. You stay in control of your voice without carrying the daily work — which is the entire design of the subscription.

Can't I post myself, or use a scheduling tool?

You can, and some people do it well. Most don’t — not from lack of ability but from lack of a free hour on a Tuesday, three months running. Scheduling tools don’t decide what to say, design a graphic, or connect this month’s posts to what you’re actually selling. They move work around; they don’t do it. Premium delivers finished, on-brand content aligned to a plan, not a queue you still have to fill.

How does publishing articles actually help me?

Two ways. Search engines use consistent, substantive content to understand what you do and who you serve, which improves your visibility for the terms your prospects search.

More usefully, articles do your explaining in advance. They answer the recurring question, correct the common misconception, and address the hesitation that quietly stops people from moving forward. A prospect who’s read two of your articles before calling arrives informed and already inclined to trust you.

What if I'm small, or just getting established?

That’s the intended fit. Premium is built for independent operators — ten or fewer staff, no marketing department, no corporate back office. Consistent, professional marketing is the fastest way for a small practice to look as established as it actually is.

It also matters for territory. Territories are first-come, first-served, and being early is worth more than being large.

How do I know it's worth it?

Premium replaces a designer, a writer, a scheduler, and the coordination between them with one subscription and one point of contact who already knows your brand. For a professional whose single client is worth well into the thousands, the arithmetic usually isn’t close.

We’d rather you check that arithmetic against your own numbers than take our word for it. That’s what the consult is for.

Do I own my Pinnacle Trax site? Can I take it with me?

You own your content, your brand assets, and your domain — always, and they leave with you if you go.

The platform itself doesn’t transfer. Your site is built on the Pinnacle Trax platform using proprietary plugins and a marketing system we develop and maintain, and there’s no back-end access or export. That’s a deliberate trade, and it’s the reason a fully managed marketing system costs $495 a month instead of five figures up front: we’re not building one custom site and walking away, we’re running one platform for every client on it. If what you need is a site you host and control yourself, we’re a poor fit and we’ll say so on the call.

How fast do you respond when I need something?

Support requests are handled Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:00p CST, excluding observed US federal and traditional holidays, and most inquiries receive a response within one business day. Premium includes VIP priority, which moves your requests ahead of standard-tier requests in the queue.

Monitoring, security, and backups run continuously — those don’t wait for business hours.

Is Your Territory Still Open?

One client per profession, per territory, first-come, first-served. Twenty-five minutes on the phone tells you whether yours is available, what it would cover, and whether Premium is even the right tier for where you actually are. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you that too.

Premium Subscription Terms

Pricing and billing. Managed Hosting Premium is billed at $495 per month by automatic payment. A one-time onboarding fee starting at $495 applies, based on the size and scope of your build; onboarding is waived for active Pinnacle Trax clients upgrading from a lower tier. Recurring billing begins after the 14-day onboarding period.

Initial term. Premium carries a three-month initial commitment, then continues month to month until cancelled.

The platform. Managed Hosting Premium is a subscription to the Pinnacle Trax platform, not a custom website build. Your site is developed on our platform using proprietary and specialized plugins and hosted on our servers. The platform, its plugins, and custom graphics produced for it are not transferable, and the subscription does not include back-end access. We do not take over or manage existing websites outside the platform.

What you own. You own your content, your brand assets, and your domain name.

Support. Support requests are handled Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:00p CST, excluding observed US federal and traditional holidays. Most inquiries receive a response within one business day. Monitoring, security, and backups run continuously.

VIP priority. Premium includes VIP status. VIP requests are positioned ahead of standard-tier requests in the work queue and are handled in the order received among VIP clients. VIP status also carries up to 50% off à la carte services outside the subscription.

Territory. Territory protection begins at Premium; Managed Hosting Plus includes none. Your territory is scoped at onboarding based on your business address, market density, your profession, and your service area, and is confirmed to you in writing. Territories are assigned first-come, first-served and are released upon cancellation, downgrade below Premium, or lapse in payment. Platinum territories are expanded and scoped around territories already committed.

Profession and category. Your profession is defined at onboarding based on your primary revenue source and the business address on file. Adjacent or overlapping offerings do not constitute a separate profession. Pinnacle Trax determines category assignment and may decline any prospect whose business substantially overlaps an existing client’s territory and category.

Delivery and scope. Timely delivery depends on receiving brand assets, responses, and approvals from your decision-makers. Unused monthly services do not roll over. Customization of services is considered only prior to the start of the subscription period.
